20. I did not receive any confirmation/notification message for my GCASH transaction with the bank
  • Note the date and time of your last transaction inquiry.
  • If found to be complete, report the incident to the bank and verify if they have received the notification message.
  • If they did receive a notification message, then note the trace number or call Globe’s Customer Service. Provide customer service with the date, time, and the amount of your transaction.
