As Rural Bank Client/Customer


Requirements:

  • Must be a Globe or Touch Mobile subscriber
  • Activated or Registered GCASH account. To register your GCASH account, please refer to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
  • Must have at least 1 valid ID (No valid ID, No Transaction policy)
  • SIM’s Menu-Driven Interface must be used in performing any mobile banking transactions.
  • Enrollment is required to avail any of the following services: (All enrollment procedures below)
            ‣ Text-A-Payment (TAP)
            ‣ Text-A-Deposit (TAD)
            ‣ Text-A-Withdrawal (TAW)
            ‣ Text-A-Credit (TAC)
  • No enrollment is required if you want to use any of the following services:
            ‣ Text-A-Remittance (TAR) or Cash-In and Cash-out service
            ‣ Text-A-Bills Payment (TAB)
            ‣ Text-A-Sweldo/Salary (TAS)


Enrollment Procedure:
a) Visit any nearest accredited Rural Bank offering mobile phone banking services
b) Present any valid ID
c) Select the service you want to avail
d) Fill-up enrollment forms and agree to the terms and conditions of the service
