With the vision of providing banking services to where such facilities are challenged, GM Bank, in cooperaton withGlobe Telecom, the Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP) and Microenterprise Access to Banking Services (MABS), program supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), builds communities in Nueva Ecija for improved financial services.
