4. How do I download the G-Cash Menu?
|

1. In your phone's SIM, go to Globe
Services Menu and click it.
|
2. Scroll down and look for myFavorites Menu and Click it.
|
3. Click on AddFavorites
|
|

4. Click on Money and wait for 10 seconds as your cellphone starts to
connect to the Globe System
|
5. Click on G-Cash to download
G-Cash menu into your cellphone's SIM
|
6. Once download is complete, you will receive this message.

5. How Do I Activate My G-Cash Service?

1. In your cellphone's SIM, go to
Globe Services Menu and
click it.

2. Scroll down and look for
myFavorites Menu item and
click it.

3. Scroll and look for G-Cash Menu
and click it.

|

4. Scroll down and look for
Register, click it.
|
5. Nominate 4-digit MPIN to
secure your G-Cash acct
and click OK.

6. Enter your 4-digit MPIN and you will
see masked characters represented
by an asterisk (*)

7. Enter the Complete Maiden
Name of your mother (up to
16 characters) and click OK.
|
8. Enter First Name (up to 20
characters) and click OK.
|
9. Enter Last Name (up tp 20 characters)
and click OK.
|
|

|
10. Enter your complete address
(up to 40 characters) and click
OK.
|
11. Enter Telephone Number
with area code (up to 11 characters)
and click OK.

12. You will receive a confirmation
message after sending.

You will then receive an acknowledgement notice of the successful registration.
Also, it is important that you register your real name and details as the information will have to match your I.D. The information will be used for verification by Customer Service for any G-Cash inquiries or transactions.

8. How do I load G-Cash into my phone?

Go to your nearest Rural Bank or Globe Business Center

Fill up the Globe G-Cash Service Form

Show required identification to frontliner

Give the frontliner the cash plus the processing fee and bank will send the G-Cash to your mobile phone number directly.

9. How Do I Send G-Cash to Someone?
You can only send G-Cash to Globe or TM subscribers in the following manner.
1. Scroll down and look for Send G-Cash click it.
|
2. Enter 4-digit MPIN and click OK.
|
3. Enter your 4-digit MPIN and you will see masked characters represented by asterisks (*).
|
4. Enter 11-digit Mobile phone number of the recepient and click OK.
|
5. Enter the Amount of G-Cash Value to transfer/send.
|
6. Enter 70-Character optional message that can be used for some instructions.
|
|
Both you (the sender) and the recipient receive Confirmation Message bearing the same transaction reference number, the amount sent and received, date and time.

10. How do I convert my G-Cash into cash?

Go to your nearest Rural Bank or Globe Business Center

Fill up the Globe G-Cash Service Form

Show required identification to the G-Cash person in-charge.

Send G-Cash from your phone to G-Cash service phone the bank or GBC. Pay the processing fee. You will then receive your cash.

11. How much G-Cash can I store in my cellphone?

Maximum amount you can store in your G-Cash wallet is P40,000.

Accredited G-Cash merchants, however, have higher wallet limits depending on their merchant application.

12. What is the maximum/minimum amount I can send or receive?
-
For phone to phone (P2P) transfer, the minimum amount is PhP1.00.
-
The maximum amount you can send or receive P2P is P40,000 in a day. This is also called the wallet limit. Note that the total amount you can transfer or receive in a month is limited to P100,000.
-
However, a Rural Bank or other G-Cash outlet servicing your transaction may have set its own maximum limits for cash-out or cash-in transactions, which can be lower than the PhP40,000 daily or the PhP100,000 monthly limit.

13. How do I inquire my G-Cash balance?

14. How do I change my M-PIN?

Go to G-Cash Menu (Globe Svcs+ > MyFavorites > G-Cash)

Enter your Old M-PIN

You will receive a message indicating that you have successfully changed your MPIN
You can also change your M-PIN using Text-Based:

15. How can someone from overseas send G-Cash to someone in the Philippines?

Go to any Authorized International G-CASH Outlet that accepts Cash-in transactions.

Fill up a Globe G-Cash Service form.
-
Pay the processing fee.
-
Present a Valid I.D.
-
Pay the processing fee to the frontliner.
-
Frontliner will send the G-CASH to your beneficiary and give an Account Receipt of the transfer and an Official Receipt of the processing fee.

Beneficiary will receive G-CASH and a text confirmation of the transaction.

16. What number can I call for G-Cash service concerns?

17. I lost my phone? Did I lose my G-Cash too?
The answer is NO. But you have to do the following:

Call Globe Customer Service to report the lost of your cellphone. Metro Manila landline (02) 739-2882 Toll free number from any globe line 1800-8-2882882. From any Cellphone with Globe SIM and dial 2882

Specify that you have a G-Cash Wallet and you want it blocked/suspended.

Go to any Globe Business Center and present a valid ID to the frontliner to unblock the access and claim your G-Cash.

The frontliner will ask you several questions for validation. After successfully answering the questions, you may cash out your G-Cash wallet or transfer the balance to a new SIM.M

18. I don’t have signal in my cellphone?

If you are enrolled in any mobile banking services of the rural bank, call your Rural Bank via landline and report the incident.

You or the bank may perform other ways of serving you.

19. I did not receive any confirmation/notification message of my G-Cash transaction with the bank?
-
Note of the Date of Time from your last transaction inquiry.
-
If found to be complete, report the incident to the bank and verify if they have received the notification message.

If they did receive a notification message then note the trace number or call Globe’s Customer Service. Provide customer service with the date, time, and the amount of your transaction.
